to reduce wastage of paper and money and save our environment, at school we’re encouraging the children to make one handmade Christmas card made from recycled materials. They should address it to their teachers and class mates. Recycled Christmas cards can be made from old magazines, old Christmas wrapping paper, foil, glitter, caps, old Christmas cards, newspaper etc. You can get creative as much as you like. They should then put it into an envelope, write Ms. Claudine – Year 4.2 – PARROTS on the front and post it in our big red letterbox that we have next to Mr Decelis’s office for Santa Claus to deliver to us personally. 😀
We also need some extra handmade Christmas cards to send to our eTwinning partners as soon as possible. Those who would like to make extra ones please leave the inside empty for us to write all our names and Christmas wishes on the inside of the cards. 😉 Click on the two bottom pictures to get some craft ideas.
We aim to create a well-organised stimulating and caring environment that will enable our children to grow, learn and develop physically, psychologically and academically, thus helping them acquire a holistic education.
