Understanding the Pupil Council Election better.

Dear parents,

last week, each of our classroom’s candidates for the pupil council election produced their manifesto and some even made a poster to accompany it. This week they were given some minutes to speak to their classmates and present their manifestos to them.

School elections are an important opportunity for learning through practice. Learning that is central to citizenship education, for leadership and life skills and that is also challenging and fun to be part of.

Dear PARROTS:

Just a small reminder for you to think carefully about who to vote for next Thursday. You need to vote to the particular classmate that you think represents your views best and takes the role seriously.

The procedure of how the voting will procede was explained by your PSD teacher and myself as well as will be reminded on the day before voting. The candidate with the highest number of votes will then be elected.

Good luck to all our nominees. 😀

Ms Claudine
